Linnean guided the Passive House certification process for the Sugarbush House residence in rural Vermont. This modern, single-family home pursued certification under PHIUS+2018 and achieved certification in March of 2021. The home focused on resource conservation and use of local materials.

As the Certified Passive House Consultant for this project, Linnean prepared the PHIUS+2018 energy model as well as managed the submission, review, and certification process with Phius.
