The Scranton Main project caters the needs of senior residents while championing sustainability. This 48-unit building located in the town of Falmouth, Massachusetts, combines the benefits of Passive House design principles with a thoughtful approach to senior living.

Designed with the unique needs of seniors in mind, Scranton Main not only ensures exceptional comfort and energy efficiency through its airtight envelope, superior insulation, and advanced mechanical systems but also features accessible layouts, health-promoting indoor environments, and communal spaces that foster a vibrant sense of community.

Linnean worked as the CPHC with both Davis Square Architects and BLW Engineering to ensure all Phius requirements and were met during design and construction. The project earned final certification in 2025.
