108 Centre Street in Brookline, MA is a 100% affordable, age-restricted, mixed-use development certified under Phius CORE 2018.  As CPHC, Linnean provided documentation submission and technical support to the design team, led by ICON Architecture.

Through detailed analysis and energy modeling, Linnean supported the optimization of the thermal envelope and the building’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. In addition to Passive House certification, Linnean also provided support for DEP grant funding based on projected energy reduction. The building is expected to use 60% less energy than a standard buildings of similar size and use.
