The Clippership Wharf mixed-use development, located in East Boston, consists of twelve acres of waterfront and four buildings. Linnean was a consultant for both the LEED for Homes Mid-Rise and LEED for Neighborhood Development (ND) processes. Clippership set ambitious goals of certifying nearly seven acres of the project under LEED ND criteria to achieve a Silver rating, as well as certifying all four buildings as LEED for Homes Platinum.

In coordination with the project team, Linnean provided design suggestions to earn the necessary points within each certification system, credit documentation submitted to Green Building Certification Inc. (GBCI) for certification, and general sustainability consulting services.
